Question 1

How much does a kitchen remodel cost in Las Vegas?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the size of the kitchen, the layout changes and the finishes you choose: a refresh of cabinets and countertops costs far less than moving walls and plumbing. After the free in-home consult and 3D design you get a written, line-item quote for your kitchen, before you commit to anything.

Question 2

Do I have to pay anything to start?

Accepted Answer

No. The in-home consult and the initial 3D design concept are free. You only pay once you approve the design and the written quote.

Question 3

How long does a Las Vegas kitchen remodel take?

Accepted Answer

From approved design to final walk-through, most projects run 6–10 weeks on site. Permit-pulled jobs in Henderson and unincorporated Clark County typically add 2–3 weeks for plan review before demo begins.

Question 4

Are you licensed and insured in Nevada?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Build4U holds Nevada State Contractors Board license #0095372, classification B-2 (Residential & Small Commercial). We're fully bonded and carry general liability plus workers' compensation. License status is publicly verifiable at nvcontractorsboard.com.

Question 5

Do you pull the permits or do I?

Accepted Answer

We pull every required Clark County, Henderson, or City of Las Vegas permit in our name — never in the homeowner's name. Permit fees are itemized in your quote.

Question 6

What does the 2-year workmanship warranty cover?

Accepted Answer

Every kitchen we build comes with a written 2-year warranty on our workmanship (cabinet installation, plumbing rough-in, electrical, tile setting, trim, paint adhesion). Manufacturer warranties on appliances, cabinets, and countertops pass through separately.

Question 7

Do you offer financing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Financing is available on approved credit through our lending partner, and we can pre-qualify you with a soft credit check that won't affect your score. See the financing page for current options.

Question 8

What neighborhoods do you build in?

Accepted Answer

We work across the Las Vegas valley: Henderson (Green Valley, Anthem, Inspirada, MacDonald Highlands), Summerlin (Red Rock, The Ridges, The Mesa), Spring Valley, Centennial Hills, North Las Vegas, and Boulder City.

Question 9

What happens if you miss the start date?

Accepted Answer

Your written schedule includes a start date. If we miss it by more than 5 business days (excluding HOA/permit delays you've been notified of in writing), you receive a free in-kind upgrade — typically a countertop, cabinet, or appliance upgrade at our cost. No cash games, just real accountability.
