The challenge
The clients had just bought a well-located but tired home and wanted to renovate every interior surface, add a primary closet expansion, and build a detached ADU before they moved in. The schedule was unforgiving.
Our approach
We sequenced demolition, framing, MEP and finishes so trades could move room-to-room without idle days, and ran the ADU foundation and shell in parallel with interior work. A single project manager owned coordination across all four crews and the architect of record.
The outcome
The family moved in on the target date with the main house fully complete and the ADU receiving its certificate of occupancy two weeks later. Zero change orders in the final month.
