Build4U is a licensed Las Vegas bathroom remodel contractor rebuilding bathrooms across Henderson, Summerlin and the Valley as the calmest rooms in the house — wet rooms, freestanding tubs, custom vanities and warm stone palettes. Every Las Vegas bathroom remodel covers full gut renovations and shower remodels alike: new framing where it makes sense, new waterproofing, new plumbing and electrical, all self-performed by our own crews.

What's included
- Layout redesign, including wet rooms and curbless showers
- Waterproofing to current code with full warranty
- Custom vanity cabinetry with integrated lighting
- Steam, body-spray and rain-head shower systems
- Heated floors, towel warmers and zoned ventilation
- Tile, stone, plumbing fixtures and lighting selection support
A real bathroom remodel rebuilds the room around how the day actually starts and ends — not around the original 1990s footprint. That usually means a curbless wet room instead of a tub-shower combo, a freestanding tub on a real stone slab, a custom vanity that fits the way two people get ready in the morning, and a lighting plan that handles 6 AM and 9 PM differently. Build4U rebuilds bathrooms across Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin and the entire Valley as full gut renovations: new framing where it makes sense, new sheet-membrane waterproofing, new plumbing and electrical, all self-performed by our own crews. Every bathroom runs as design-build under one project manager — so the same person who designed the layout is the person who answers your call about the shower glass.
Waterproofing is the part you can't see — and the part that matters
More than half the bathroom remodels we fix from other contractors fail at the waterproofing layer. Tile and stone hide everything until water finds its way to the subfloor; by then you're replacing framing, drywall in the room below, and the new tile that just went in. We spec full sheet-membrane waterproofing (Schluter Kerdi or Wedi) on every shower and wet zone, not just paint-on liquid systems, and we water-test every shower pan before tile-in. It costs more up front and saves the whole assembly later.
Wet rooms and curbless showers, done with real slope
Curbless wet rooms — shower and freestanding tub sharing the same waterproof zone — are the most-requested luxury Vegas bathroom build. They also require the most care: the floor framing has to slope toward the drain, the entire wet zone needs proper waterproofing, and the steam generator (if you're adding one) has to be wired and plumbed during rough-in with proper ventilation. We frame the slope ourselves rather than using a pre-formed pan, which means we can size the wet zone to the room rather than the room to a pan. Glass enclosures are measured after tile is set and ordered for install in the final week.
Custom vanities, real stone, fixtures that survive hard water
Vanities are where bathrooms get personal. We build custom vanities in rift-cut white oak, walnut, painted inset, and high-gloss lacquer to match the room's design language — typical lead time 8–14 weeks, ordered at sign-off so it runs in parallel with everything else. Stone tops are honed quartzite, marble, or porcelain slab, fabricated locally with full integrated sinks where the design calls for it. Fixtures are PVD-finish brushed brass, matte black, or polished nickel from Waterworks, Brizo, Kohler, and Hansgrohe — chrome and standard polished nickel don't survive Valley hard water past three or four years.
Heated floors, steam, and ventilation that actually works
The upgrades that change how the bathroom feels day to day are usually the ones you don't see. Electric mat heat under porcelain or stone flooring adds about $4,000–$8,000 depending on coverage area and is wired during the finish phase. Steam generators are wired and plumbed at rough-in with proper ventilation routing — we size for the wet zone volume and coordinate with the manufacturer's spec sheet. Bathroom ventilation gets sized for the room's CFM requirement plus the steam load if applicable; we route exhaust through the roof, never into the attic, and add humidity-sensing controls on every primary bath.

We walk the bathroom, scan existing plumbing, talk about how the room actually works for you, and align on scope and budget.

Layout drawings, 3D renders, full material spec — vanity, stone, tile, fixtures, glass. You approve before anything is ordered.
