Local detail

What's different about a bathroom remodel in North Las Vegas

North Las Vegas primary suites in Aliante, Tuscany Village and Park Highlands are mostly 2000s-and-later builds — typically larger than Spring Valley or central Vegas equivalents, with the footprint to support a true wet-room layout without expanding into adjacent rooms.

Newer slab-on-grade construction means drain relocations are typically cleaner cuts than in 1990s stock — but we still schedule the pour-back inspection at the front of the timeline so curing time doesn't compress tile work.

Aliante HOA and several Tuscany sub-HOAs review any exterior work, including bathroom-vent relocations through a roof. Interior wet-room work doesn't typically trigger review, but a relocated exterior vent does. We confirm and submit where needed.

City of North Las Vegas water has Valley-average hardness. We default to PVD-finish brushed brass or matte black fixtures on all primary baths.

Permits & jurisdiction

Plumbing, mechanical and electrical permits pulled with City of North Las Vegas Building & Safety in-house. Typical turnaround is 2–3 weeks for bathroom remodels. Slab pour-back inspections scheduled around drain relocations; shower-pan water tests before tile-in. HOA architectural coordination (Aliante, Tuscany Village, Park Highlands) handled where the scope requires it.
