Working in Las Vegas
Las Vegas bathrooms span a wide spectrum — compact guest baths in 1970s ranches near Paradise, primary suites in 1990s Spring Valley homes, modern infill in the urban core. Our most common scope is converting a tub-shower combo into a true curbless wet room with a freestanding tub. We handle waterproofing, slope framing and the City of Las Vegas plumbing permit in one workflow.
City of Las Vegas permitting handled in-house, including structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. HOA architectural coordination handled when the scope triggers it.

What's different about a bathroom remodel in Las Vegas
Most pre-1985 Las Vegas bathrooms have galvanized supply lines, cast-iron drain stacks and original waterproofing that's well past its design life. Every full bathroom gut inside the City of Las Vegas includes new PEX or copper supply, new ABS drain runs where the existing system is failing, and a full sheet-membrane waterproofing system in the wet zone.
Inside the urban core, primary suites are often tight — converting to a true wet-room layout sometimes requires borrowing a few feet from an adjacent closet or hallway. We model the layout in 3D before construction so the proportions are right.
Hard water across the City of Las Vegas shortens the life of chrome and standard polished-nickel fixtures. We default to PVD-finish brushed brass, matte black or polished nickel — finishes that survive 10+ years in Vegas water.
City of Las Vegas plumbing permits are required for any drain relocation. Slab pour-back inspections are scheduled at the front of the timeline so concrete cure time doesn't compress tile work.
Build4U pulls City of Las Vegas plumbing, mechanical and electrical permits in-house for every bathroom remodel. Typical turnaround is 2–3 weeks for full primary-suite gut remodels. Slab pour-back inspections (when drains move) and shower-pan water tests are scheduled before tile-in. HOA architectural coordination handled where the scope (Centennial Hills, Tule Springs, etc.) requires it.
